Golf Carts USA is a dealer specializing in a wide range of golf carts, offering both direct sales and opportunities for individuals to become authorized dealers.
Based in Tampa, FL, they provide golf carts tailored to various needs, including luxury, off-road, and sport models. The company prides itself on transparency, with straightforward pricing that includes tax and delivery, and custom options for individual preferences.
Golf Carts USA also ships across the U.S. but service and repairs can sometimes cause difficulties to execute on.
For those interested in becoming a dealer, Golf Carts USA offers an exclusive 350-mile territory and a dedicated webpage on their site to showcase inventory and attract local customers. The dealership program includes marketing support, optimized sales pipelines, and customer service management, which allows dealers to focus primarily on growing their business.
Customer reviews of Golf Carts USA are a bit mixed. Many reviews praise the variety of custom options and models, from basic to luxury carts, and appreciate the competitive pricing on their golf cart inventory. Additionally, Golf Carts USA is family-owned and operated, and some customers report positive experiences with the direct-to-customer shipping model, which simplifies the buying process.
However, some customers have shared issues with service speed, especially with custom orders or technical support, which can be common with specialized vehicle orders. For peace of mind, Golf Carts USA does offer warranty support and has options for returns, which can be helpful if issues arise.

This seems to be a fairly common issue from what we found online:
First week of July I again had to reach out, on July 9th I was sent a mass video of some pallets being unloaded and then them putting together carts. It is now July 26th with no update, no communication from them, no scheduled delivery. I asked for a refund on July 23rd because I’m tired of just being strung along and me being the one to have to reach out. Company has not responded or even acknowledged me. At this point I’m going to have to go through the headache of filing a dispute with my credit card company.
My advice:
1) Avoid them. Buy elsewhere even if it is a little more.
2) If you do end up using them, use a credit card because you should have more protection from fraud.
3) Keep everything in writing. You may end up needing to show the “receipts” and you can’t prove phone conversations.
4) If you have little kids be prepared to have to constantly let them down with this company’s failed promises. My kids have been so excited this whole
summer to get a family cart and I’ve had to feel like I am the one lying to and disappointing my own kids.
5) See point 1.

We also found some people experiencing issues with delivery times, not fulfilling deliveries, issues getting a refund, as well as having warranty and repairs done when purchasing out of state.

However, it’s not all bad. Golf Carts USA does have positive experiences from other customers.

Should you choose to buy your new golf cart from Golf Carts USA?
While Golf Carts USA offers a range of models and customizable options, some buyer reviews point to challenges with their service. Common concerns include delays in shipping, particularly for custom orders, and occasional difficulties with technical support, which can be frustrating for customers needing timely assistance.
Additionally, some buyers have reported issues with response times when handling order-specific requests.
If you’re considering purchasing from them, it might be beneficial to reach out to confirm shipping schedules and get clarity on their warranty and support policies to ensure a smooth experience.
