This seems to be a fairly common issue from what we found online:

I ordered a cart in May. Initially I was told a 3-4 week turnaround for delivery and they wanted to get it to me by Father’s Day. Father’s Day came and went with no update or even scheduled date for delivery. I had to reach out to ask for an update and was left with no reply on several messages. They did finally reply with a mass video that was clearly sent to multiple customers with an apology and offer to “make it right”. At this point it was June 25th and I was told delivery would be out the first week of July along with an Amazon gift card to makeup for it.

First week of July I again had to reach out, on July 9th I was sent a mass video of some pallets being unloaded and then them putting together carts. It is now July 26th with no update, no communication from them, no scheduled delivery. I asked for a refund on July 23rd because I’m tired of just being strung along and me being the one to have to reach out. Company has not responded or even acknowledged me. At this point I’m going to have to go through the headache of filing a dispute with my credit card company.
My advice:

1) Avoid them. Buy elsewhere even if it is a little more.
2) If you do end up using them, use a credit card because you should have more protection from fraud.
3) Keep everything in writing. You may end up needing to show the “receipts” and you can’t prove phone conversations.
4) If you have little kids be prepared to have to constantly let them down with this company’s failed promises. My kids have been so excited this whole
summer to get a family cart and I’ve had to feel like I am the one lying to and disappointing my own kids.

We also found some people experiencing issues with delivery times, not fulfilling deliveries, issues getting a refund, as well as having warranty and repairs done when purchasing out of state.

They have no customer service! Sell you a cart and you’re on your own! DO NOT BUT A CART FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Purchased a golf cart on 4/1/24, was informed the cart would be delivered in 1 week. It’s now 5/5/24, only communication that I receive is via text message when I message and still no cart!!! ** will update whether company is a scam or if the cart is EVER delivered.

However, it’s not all bad. Golf Carts USA does have positive experiences from other customers.

My experience with Golf Carts USA was good. I had an issue but Wilson took great care of me and made me a life long customer. I appreciate him and his efforts! Everyone was helpful!
